We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any requests we had. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a fantastic night's sleep. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was within walking distance to everything downtown. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We also loved the new Imperial Terrace, which had beautiful flowers and provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was in a nice neighborhood close to the events I was attending. They always greeted me with a smile and wished me good morning and good night.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the downtown area, with great restaurants and the popular Federal Taphouse just across the street. It's also conveniently close to historical sites like Central Market. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the newly renovated lobby and rooms were modern and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, which was a great start to our day. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff.
